Thank you for shopping with VALOR. We believe you will be satisfied with the products purchased from the VALOR online store, as we ensure product quality and reliable after-sales service. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our return and refund policy below.
The following terms and conditions apply to all products purchased from VALOR.

Order Cancellation


You may cancel your order without providing any reason until a VALOR representative contacts you to confirm the order by phone. Once your order has been processed for delivery through the courier service, cancellation will no longer be possible.

Return Conditions


  • The product must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition.
  • Original tags must remain intact.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Original delivery receipt and invoice are required for return.

Return Process


To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support Team at +880 9613-829039 or email us at support@valor.com.bd. Kindly provide your order number along with a brief reason for the return.

After verifying your return eligibility, our support team will guide you through the return process.

Securely pack the product in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included, and send it to the following address:

Return Shipping


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Products must be returned at the customer’s own expense in accordance with this policy.

Refund Policy


  • Refunds for online or mobile wallet payments (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may take 7–10 business days as per bank or payment gateway policies.
  • Refund charges may apply in accordance with payment gateway and policy guidelines.
  • VALOR does not charge any additional fees for mobile wallet refunds.
  • If VALOR is unable to deliver the ordered product within the specified timeframe, a refund will be applicable.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used. For example, payments made via bKash will be refunded to bKash only. Alternative refund methods are not available.
