Exchange Policy
Please inspect the product in the presence of the delivery personnel at the time of delivery. If you notice any mismatch, defect, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at +88 09613-829039.
- The product must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition.
- Original tags must remain intact and attached to the product.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 2 days from the delivery date.
- Only one exchange is allowed per order.
- Original delivery receipt and invoice are required for exchange.
- Shipping costs for exchanging products are to be borne by the customer.
- Discounted or promotional products are not eligible for exchange.

Once your exchange eligibility is verified, our support team will guide you through the next steps of the exchange process.
Securely pack the product in its original packaging and send it to the following address:

After we receive the returned product, the exchanged item will typically be delivered within 6–7 business days.
